Why Your Offer Wasn’t Accepted

Crafting an offer is a lot like crafting a bloody Mary bar.

There are many factors that go into creating an offer that can potentially win you the house – but it’s up to you to pick the terms and conditions that you are willing to present – just like choosing what you want in your drink!

This also means that there are many reasons why an offer might not be accepted.

It comes down to the best offer on a whole. This includes: offer price and terms and conditions – such as closing date, financing, contingencies, and downpayment.
Keep in mind the decision is soley up to the seller and no one else, so don’t take it personally! Before you know it you’ll be cheersing your own accepted offer!  From My Kitchen to Yours – Cheers!
