Spinach Artichoke Dip and What Items to Tackle Before Selling Your Home

Today’s recipe is always in season! I’m making my recipe for spinach & artichoke dip and sharing tips on what items to tackle before selling your home. This dip is rich, creamy, cheesy, veggie filled deliciousness and it’s so simple. Let’s get to it!

Ingredients:

  • 8oz cream cheese, well softened

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ mayo

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • 2/3 finely shredded parmesan cheese

  • ½ finely shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1 (14 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, can liquid drained, squeeze artichokes to drain excess liquid chopped.

  • 6 oz frozen spinach, thawed squeezed and drain excess liquid.

Here’s How to Do It:

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl. Mix well.

Spread mixture into greased baking dish.  Sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese on top!

Bake in preheated oven until heated through and the cheese is melted. About 20 min.

Place in the middle of a basket with chips and red bell peppers for dipping.

Items to Tackle Before Selling Your Home:

The to do list before putting your house on the market can seem daunting. I want to help you out and give you just a few things to focus on first!

  1. Start outside: Clean up landscaping, power wash deck, wash or paint front door, plant colorful flowers.

  2. Tackle the inside: start with your closets and cabinets. Remove half of what’s inside, then organize.

  3. Final items to tackle: Wash windows, remove screens, remove style specific décor and clean carpets.
