Floradora Cocktail & The Easiest Home Staging Tip EVER!

Happy Spring! This month I’m whipping up the prettiest cocktail called the Floradora, while I share the easiest home staging tip ever! Let’s mix up some springtime in a glass!

Ingredients:

• 1.5 - 2 ounces Gin

• .5 ounce Fresh Lime Juice

• .5 ounce Raspberry Liqueur

• 2 - 4 ounces Ginger Beer, to top off

• Fresh Raspberries, optional

• Fresh Thyme Sprigs, optional

• Edible Flowers, optional

Here’s How to Do It:

Fill a tall cocktail glass with cubed ice. Measure gin, lime juice, raspberry liqueur, and ginger beer into the ice filled cocktail glass. 

Gently stir with a cocktail spoon until ingredients are combined and chilled.

Garnish with fresh thyme, raspberries, and flowers if desired.

The Easiest Home Staging Tip Ever

Sellers, one of the easiest and most effective home staging tips is to leave out a personalized note or list of your favorite local spots for the buyers to discover when they view your home. This simple gesture can go a long way in helping potential buyers envision themselves living in your space.

The note could be as simple as "Deckers has the best pots for planting, and it's only 5 minutes away! We love to fill our pots with seasonal flowers and enjoy them on the back patio." Or you could write a short note highlighting your favorite spot in the house and why - maybe it's the cozy reading nook by the window or the bright and airy kitchen where you love to cook. By sharing these personal touches, you're helping the buyers feel like this house could become their future home.

These little details can make a big difference in creating an emotional connection and leaving a lasting impression on potential buyers. It's an easy way to make your home feel warm, inviting, and lived-in, even before it's theirs.
