Air Fryer Lemon Chicken and the Best Thing You Can Do to Help Small Businesses
I have made this recipe at least four times since Dena Fenza posted it — and it gets 5 stars every time! I just LOVE it! I’ve been totally loving my air fryer lately, but when I tried Dena’s Recipe I was hooked! (Of course I added my own little spin to it, lol!). And when I find something as good as this, I have to share it with you! Because leaving someone’s business a positive review is one of the BEST ways to brighten someone’s day and put positive vibes out into the world!
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs on the bone with skin on. Or you can use chicken pieces that you prefer.
Marinade
3 TBSP EVOO
2 TSP Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 TSP Italian spice blend (I made my own blend from what I had available in my spice rack)
Sauce
½ cup EVOO
6 garlic cloves
½ cup Lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
¾ tsp salt
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp Italian spice blend
Here’s How to Do It:
First we’ll make the marinade. In a bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice and Italian spice blend, mix well. Add chicken pieces and mix well to coat.
Next, make the sauce. In a pan heat olive oil, and cook garlic until soft. Now add lemon juice, paprika, salt, fresh parsley, and Italian spice blend and mix well. Put the chicken in the air fryer on the chicken setting, be sure to turn over the chicken half-way through.
Once chicken is cooked pour the sauce on top of the chicken and serve garnished with lemons. Watch how it comes together here!
The Best Thing You Can Do to Help Small Businesses
When you have a great experience with a small local business, taking the time to leave a positive online review is one of the single most impactful things you can do to support them (including mine!). Small businesses thrive on word-of-mouth and online reviews, so a glowing testimonial from a satisfied customer can make a huge difference.
Positive reviews help attract new customers and build trust in the business. They also provide valuable feedback to the business owners, letting them know what they're doing well and encouraging them to keep it up. Small businesses often don't have the same marketing budgets as big corporations, so reviews from real customers are an invaluable form of promotion.
By taking just a few minutes to share your positive experience, you're giving a small local business a major boost that can pay dividends for their success! So why not put a little positivity into the world and leave a review today!
