My #1 Tip for When You Start Your Home Search

Being a Realtor can be pretty ~spooky~ at times.

Especially when a buyer is looking at houses . . . without a pre-approval! Cue the Halloween theme song!

It’s true, and that’s why I have made it my mission to educate all of my buyers on the importance of having a pre-approval letter in hand BEFORE stepping foot in a house. There is nothing spookier than your “dream home” popping up on Zillow and you missing out on the chance to make an offer because you didn’t have your pre-approval letter. Ugh!

The pre-approval process is nothing to be scared about. If you’re not sure where to start, I can help! I have a list of referred LOCAL loan officers who are ready to help you get started.

Send a request through my contact form and I’ll send you a copy!
