Overstuffed Thanksgiving Turkey Panini and Why I’m a Realtor
Today I’m turning my Thanksgiving leftovers into an Overstuffed Turkey Panini and sharing “my why” I am a Realtor.
I have been hosting Thanksgiving for 20 years and the leftovers never get old! I actually enjoy them better the next day because I am not preparing them all day — I’m just reheating . . . and eating! Let’s cook!
For this panini, you’ll need:
2 slices of bread
Dijon mustard
brie cheese
turkey
cranberry sauce and
baby arugula
Here’s How to Do It:
First, get your panini maker or grill pan nice and hot.
On one slice of bread spread Dijon mustard. As much or as little as you like.
Next, layer on Brie, turkey, cranberry sauce, arugula, and another layer of Brie cheese.
Top with the other slice of bread.
Butter the outsides of the bread or heat butter in a nonstick skillet, a griddle or panini press until sizzling.
While the panini is pressing….
If you can believe it, I received my real estate license 15 years ago!
At the time, I was a new mom, looking for a job that would offer flexible hours and extra income. As a brand new realtor, I had no idea how much I would learn, grow, and succeed in real estate. It truly is a fulfilling career on so many levels.
To me, what makes being a Realtor so fulfilling is building lifelong relationships with my clients.
I wholeheartedly love helping people find the houses that they are proud to call home. And then staying connected to my clients for years to come. Whether I run into a client at a local restaurant; stay in touch through my newsletter, this show, or via social media; I’m very fortunate to have many of my clients come back when they are ready for their next home. I love knowing that my clients are happy with the sale or purchase of their home. It really is why I do what I do.
